DM Electrical owns and operates an extensive plant fleet, which means we self-perform a wide range of infrastructure works without waiting on subcontractors.
Dedicated crews cover every stage of delivery: cable hauling and pulling, trenching and underground works, overhead construction, associated civils, and final installation, testing, commissioning, and energisation of networks.
From utility networks to government and commercial sites, DM Electrical delivers technically demanding Level 1 & 2 works with the plant, crews, and accreditation to self-perform end to end.
DM Electrical is a certified Level 1 ASP, authorised to undertake construction, installation, and modification works on the electricity distribution networks operated by Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy.
Builders, developers, councils, and asset owners trust us to deliver critical infrastructure works efficiently, with strict adherence to Service & Installation Rules, Australian Standards, and network authority requirements.
See Level 1 ASP servicesDM Electrical is fully accredited as a Level 2 ASP, authorised to design, install, maintain, and upgrade electrical service connections on the Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy networks.
Level 2 work covers the connection point between the distribution network and your installation. Metering, mains, sub-mains, service upgrades, private infrastructure, and the compliance coordination that goes with all of it.
See Level 2 ASP servicesFurther accreditations: SAA Solar & Battery Accreditation (S8109737) and Metering FSP Plus ES (Accreditation 809), alongside accredited service provider status for both Ausgrid and Endeavour Energy.
DM Electrical operates structured Safety, Quality and Environmental management systems aligned with WHS legislation, Service & Installation Rules, network authority standards, and Australian Standards.
All works are planned and undertaken under approved safety procedures. Site-specific safety planning runs before commencement to identify hazards, assess risks, and put controls in place. Pre-start meetings and toolbox talks confirm everyone is across the requirements.
Project-specific Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) are prepared for every job. Network works are carried out by trained, competent, and authorised personnel.
Quality is managed through structured inspection and testing at key stages of work. Installations are verified against approved designs, network standards, and Australian Standards before commissioning and energisation. All testing, certifications, and compliance documentation are retained.
Environmental controls are built into planning and site operations. Waste management, erosion and sediment control, noise and dust mitigation, and protection of surrounding assets. Works comply with project-specific environmental requirements, council conditions, and network authority standards.
A Level 1 Accredited Service Provider is licensed to work directly on the high-voltage and low-voltage distribution network. You need a Level 1 for substation works, overhead and underground reticulation, network connections for new developments, and any HV asset relocation.
Level 1 covers the distribution network itself (HV and LV infrastructure, substations, reticulation). Level 2 covers the connection between the network and your installation (service lines, metering, consumer mains, point of attachment). DM Electrical holds both.
