Smart meter installation and changeovers by a Level 2 ASP. Type 4 and Type 5 digital meters, solar feed-in metering, time-of-use setup, and embedded network metering.
ASP stands for Accredited Service Provider. It's the accreditation electricians need to work on the live electricity distribution network in NSW. Most residential and commercial electricians are not ASPs, which is why service-line, metering, and network connection jobs end up being subcontracted. DM Electrical holds both Level 1 and Level 2 accreditation in-house.
Direct works on Ausgrid and Endeavour networks. New connections, substation installs, HV/LV reticulation, and asset relocations.
Office, retail, hospitality, and strata. Fit-outs, switchboard upgrades, exit and emergency lighting compliance, ongoing maintenance.
Three-phase power, capacity upgrades, switchboard works, machinery connections, and site-wide compliance.
Multi-unit developments, full house rewires, architectural lighting, home automation (Savant, C-Bus, Dynalite, DALI).
DM Electrical holds every licence, accreditation, and network approval required to deliver complex HV and LV work across utility, commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential projects throughout Sydney.
Regular electrician for internal wiring, lighting, and power point work. Level 2 ASP for anything between your switchboard and the street (service line, meter, mains, point of attachment). Level 1 ASP for anything on the network side (substations, HV, distributor connections). DM Electrical does all three.
If your switchboard trips when you add load, if you're installing an EV charger, ducted air-con, or a pool heater, or if you've had a defect notice from your distributor, your service is likely undersized.
